Last week Clark Gaynor Interiors packed up and moved our offices from 39th St to 29th St. What a difference 10 blocks can make! Where our original offices were diffused and efficient (some say dark and cramped) our new offices are open and light. Where our views were once of the fire escape on the building next door, our views now are the Empire State Building and busy Broadway. Where we once had to look out of the office for inspiration, we now are inspired simply by the space we are in. I say this not to knock our original offices, as they kept us organized and led us to some incredible projects, but to illustrate how invigorating a move can be. We are thrilled to start a new year with larger, more functional offices. Our projects on tap and the relationships we’ve cultivated over the last few years promise to deliver an incredible year! From sleek Tribeca digs, to Comfy Upper Westside Homes, from High Tech Legal Offices, to the YMCA, this is a year of width and breadth. We will stretch our design skills to their limits and will leave our clients with beautiful, functional, comfortable spaces.
Our work with DIFFA (Design Industry Foundation for Fighting AIDS) will continue and grow more intense this year. We are working closely with our dear friends at Input Creative Studio and the Board of Directors on rebranding the exciting Dining By Design. This year’s event will be more engaging and speak to the principles of the charity more directly.
We are also extremely excited about our relationship with host Erika Wasser and the Google Channel SpacesTV. They showcase some incredible design work, and we love being a part of it!
Thanks for all the amazing support and we look forward to bringing you even more exciting projects this year!
